William Anthony Eichhold

Indianapolis - William Anthony "Tony" Eichhold, 80, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021. He was born June 12, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Louis and Clara Witsken Eichhold. He was a graduate of the Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry and the Ohio State University School of Dentistry. He was an active member of Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church including the Christ Renews His Parish, Pro-Life, and Knights of Columbus ministries.

In addition to his parents, Tony was also preceded in death by his sister, Clare Gump. He is survived by his beloved wife, Connie (nee Hueckel) Eichhold; daughter, Maria Puccini and her husband, Gabriel; sons, Patrick Eichhold and Joseph Eichhold; sister, Betty Thesing; brothers, Louis B. Eichhold and George Eichhold; and many other loving family members.

Tony's family will receive friends Thursday, May 6, 2021, from 10 am – 12 pm at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church, 335 South Meridian Street, Greenwood, IN 46143. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tony's memory to the Pro-Life Committee of Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church or In My Shoes of Dallas, TX.
