William R. Collett, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 20, 2017 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Bill was born to Herbert and Shirley Bohannon Collett on February 25, 1954. He graduated from Manual High School in the Class of 1972. Bill was a General Manager for Wendy's and had been a Chef at many restaurants.
Bill is survived by his mother; children: Ryan R. Collett (Rachel) of Indianapolis; Michelle M. Massey (Rodney) of Bloomington; Rachelle A. Collett (Travis L. Mann) of Indianapolis; siblings: Patricia A. Liston, Judy Cappadona, Herbert C. Collett Jr.; grandchildren: Etta, Christopher, William, Desta, Anyah, Kavell, Kiarra, Kamiah, Rodney, Joshua, Liyah; great-grandchildren: Karman, Blake; and a host of other family and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his father; wife: Deborah (Osier) Collett.
