Tressa Winn, a devoted housekeeper for the Red Roof Inn and beloved member of her community, passed away on February 19 2025, in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on July 1, 1974, and throughout her life, Tressa embodied the spirit of a free-spirited individual who never met a stranger. Her caring, loving personality resonated with everyone she encountered.
A faithful member of the New Life Church, Tressa found joy in her spiritual journey, studying the Bible daily, and nurturing her relationship with her church family. Tressa’s commitment to her faith was only rivaled by her devotion to her family, especially her son, Mikie Winn, who was her whole life and a source of immeasurable pride.
Tressa was a generous soul, always ready to lend a helping hand and support those in need. She had a special bond with her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jhon and Kimberly Pinkham, and cherished the moments spent with her cousins, Sherry Hockersmith Howard and Kelly Renee Hockersmith.
Preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Brittany Lee Winn, along with her parents Michael and Rebecca Wolfe when Tressa was very young. Tressa’s legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her vivacious spirit and selflessness will be profoundly missed in the lives she touched.
