Tracy Alan Windle, a long-time resident of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on September 11, 2024 at the age of 63. Born on January 9, 1961, he dedicated 39 years of his life to CarX, serving as maintenance and a machinist. Tracy, known for his exceptional and strong work ethic, contributed significantly to the community he served.

Tracy cherished the moments spent with his family, particularly his beloved children and grandchildren. He was especially proud of his daughter Tasha Burnett and son Joshua Windle, who brought great joy to his life. Tracy took immense pleasure in the company of his grandchildren, Vanessa, Elijah, and Olivia Burnett, creating lasting memories that will be cherished by his family.

An avid enthusiast, Tracy found joy in hobbies that reflected his creativity and passion for life. He loved fishing and had a unique talent for creating items out of scrap material, showcasing his inventive spirit. A true car aficionado, he dedicated time to restoring old cars, a pursuit that often became a memorable family affair. His loyalty to the Indianapolis Colts football team was a testament to his deep-rooted connection with the city he called home.

Tracy's proudest accomplishment was marrying Debra Louise Windle on April 28, 1984, at the Villa Baptist Church in Indianapolis, a union that marked the beginning of a beautiful life shared together.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Louise Windle; children, Tasha (Kyle) Burnett and Joshua Windle; siblings, Cindy Windle, Ron Windle, Ruth Windle, Jerry Windle, Harold Windle Jr., and Debbie (Doug) Mounds; and grandchildren, Vanessa, Elijah, and Olivia Burnett. Tracy was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Edith Joyce.

Tracy Alan Windle leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and dedication that will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by family and friends.
