Thomas Lane Birdwell, Jr.

Indianapolis - Thomas Lane Birdwell, Jr., 38, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021. He was born July 13, 1982 in Beech Grove, IN to Thomas Birdwell, Sr. and Cynthia Jackson Birdwell. He married Laurin Kirkham Birdwell October 5, 2010. He was employed by Koorsen Fire and Security where he served as a dedicated pipe fitter. Tommy was an avid sports fan, especially the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers. Additionally, he was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. He was a parishioner of Holy Name Catholic Church. His family loved him dearly. He was the very best father and the very best husband.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Laurin Birdwell; children: Nevaeh Nichole, Rayvin Justis, Jackson Tyler and Thomas Lane Birdwell, III; and brother, Andrew Birdwell and his girlfriend, Natalie Adams: He is also survived by his loving in-laws, Jeffrey and Conni Kirkham and brother in law and sister in law, Brandon Kirkham and his wife, Katie Kirkham. Nieces are Myah Grace and Makalee Joy. Nephews are Brandon Maddox and Ryan Robert Allen. He has many surviving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
