Tammie D. Rutkoskie Cecil, 49, of Indianapolis, died Friday, April 7, 2017. She was born in Alexandria, Virginia on June 30, 1967 to Patrick and Fern (Dunn) Rutkoskie. Tammie was a Purchasing Manager at Pure Beverage for the last 15 years.
Tammie is survived by her children: Kayla Nicole Cowart, Cody Ryan Foster; mother and step-father: Fern & James Elliott; siblings and their spouses: Patrick & Wanda Rutkoskie, Kevin Mast, Tina & Felix Garza, Bruce Mast, David Mast; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father: Patrick Rutkoskie, Sr.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, April13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 East Hanna Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. Her Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Friday, April 14, 2017.
