Steven Michael Andrews

Indianapolis – Steven Michael "Steve" Andrews, 60, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019.

Steve was born October 21, 1958 in Beech Grove, IN. He was employed as a route salesman for 37 years, working mainly in the bakery industry. Additionally, he served as a volunteer in various capacities in his community. His family described him as a hardworking and kind hearted man. Steve was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved classic cars, motorcycles and traveling, but more than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog Harley. His family meant the world to him.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Vernie Andrews. He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Andrews; mother, Barbara Andrews; children: Sondra "Sonnie" Kell (Joel Kell), Stephanie Rockall (Sean Rockall) and Michael Andrews; sisters, Debbie Evans (Darrell Evans) and Linda Hughes (Victor Hughes); grandchildren: Joel Kell II, Emma Kell, and Alexis "Lexi" Couch; and many other loving family members and friends.

Steve's family will receive friends Wednesday, January 9, 2019, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will follow at 6 p.m.
