Indianapolis - Sheila Elaine (Wamsley) Spangler, 71, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital & Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born to the late Starling Elias Wamsley and Charlotte Rosemond (Lohman) Kennedy on August 27, 1949 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Sheila graduated from Cascade High School, class of 1951. Professionally, she worked as cash management banker at several local banks for many years. Sheila was united in marriage on August 16, 1969 to Thomas L. Spangler in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Wendy Rife; her grandchildren, Tyler Cummings and his wife Alena and Collin Cummings; her sisters, Suzanne Owens and Sheryl Walton. Additionally, she is survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents.
