Shawn Dwayne Cothron, 47, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. He was born June 26, 1968 in Indianapolis to Wayne and Georgie (Dickens) Cothron.
Shawn is survived by his children: Meagan Michelle Arthur, Dustin Wayne Cothron, Austin Robert Cothron, Mason Lee Cothron all of Indianapolis; brothers and sisters-in-law: Darrell & Lisa Cothron, Brock & Sara Cothron; six grandchildren: Minnie Arthur, Robert Arthur, Ronald Arthur, Madilyn Arthur, Gavin Cothron, Rylee Mae Arthur; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Johnson Cothron.
A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, February 11, 2016, 12:00 P.M. at First General Baptist Church, 3950 W Mooresville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46221 where he was a member.
Visitation will be conducted Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the start of the service. Interment will take place in Lafayette, TN after a funeral service at Anderson and Son Funeral Home on Friday.
