Sharon R. Yanasak

Ms. Sharon Rosamond Yanasak entered into life on September 7th, 1962 in Beech Grove, Indiana, the loving daughter of Betty Freeman and David J. Yanasak. She left this life on September 21st, 2021 at her home in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was 59 years old.

An alumni of both The Academy of Immaculate Conception in Oldenburg (Class of '81) and Northwood University of Indiana in West Baden (Class of '83), Sharon was a lifelong devotee to the art of cooking. The only thing that brought her more joy was family.

She is survived by her siblings; David Yanasak, Lynne A. Rogers, Richard A. Yanasak, and Mary Ann Clements. She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Freeman (Remington) and father David J. Yanasak.

Sharon's family will receive guests from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Reverend Robert Rohrman officiating. Burial will take place at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, 734 N. Morgantown Rd, Greenwood, Indiana 46142.
