Indianapolis – Shane Ryan Mullinix, 25, went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 18, 2016.
"Shane" to his friends and "Ryan" to his family was born August 16, 1990 in Indianapolis. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. His family described him as a very active young man who enjoyed the outdoors. He loved to hunt and fish and play basketball. He loved music. He was a class clown and a prankster who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Shane Ryan was preceded in death by his mother, Tonyia Combs. He is survived by his wife, Sofia Mullinix; daughter, Sofia "Bella" Mullinix; father, Robert Mullinix; sisters, Samantha Wheeler and Tiffani Maxwell; brothers, Jeremy and Josh Mullinix; grandparents, Gary D. and Terry Mullinix; and many other beloved family members and devoted friends.
Shane Ryan's family will receive friends Friday, July 22, 2016, from10 am – 12 pm at Tabernacle of Faith at 801 Shelby Street in Indianapolis. A celebration of life will follow at 12 pm with Pastor Terri Mullinix officiating.
