Scotty Wayne Dillman

Indianapolis - Scotty Wayne Dillman, 63, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at his residence. He was born to the late Leonard and Margaret (Crosley) Dillman on June 3, 1957 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Scotty honourably served his country in the United States Marine Corps until he became disabled and retired in 1977. He graduated from Emmerich Manual High School, class of 1975. Scotty was a member of The Bible Church for many years and made it his mission to invite his family and friends to attend. He enjoyed watching football. Scotty loved spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Scotty is survived by his loving daughter, Tia Dillman; his siblings, Patty Clark and her husband Buddy, Russell Dillman, Melody Drain and her husband Dennis, Janet Bumgarner and her husband Tony, Shirley Sandlin and her husband Buck, Joy Hendrix and her husband Allen, Florida Scaggs, and Marla Jo Rice and her husband Charles; his niece, Sierra "Little Foot" and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Scotty's family will receive friends Tuesday, December 22, 2020, from 3 – 5 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. A Funeral Service will follow at 5 pm with Military Honors. For the health and safety of all guest attending, face masks are required. Thank you.
