Ronald is survived by mother; children: Ronald Dale Fugate, Jr., Randall Fugate, Autumn L. Fugate-Sarmiento, Jason Fugate, Rana M. Teepe; sister: Vonda Harris; brother: Eddie Fugate; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; 2 brothers and a sister.
A Memorial Funeral Services will be conducted at the convenience of his family.
