Indianapolis - Ronald Allen Foster, 75, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, after years of fighting the effects of Muscular Dystrophy. He was at home surrounded by his beloved family. He was born October 5, 1945 in Indianapolis to the late Richard and Elizabeth Talley Foster. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force.

In 1969, Ronald went to work for Roadway Trucking. In 1979, he went to work with Teamsters Local 135. He rose quickly through the ranks and when he retired in 2001, he held the position of Secretary-Treasurer. During his retirement, he enjoyed travel, golf and family time.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Judy Foster; sons, Jeff Foster and his wife, Nanette and Chad Foster; grandsons: Braiden, Conner and Brett; 1 sister; 6 brothers; and many other loving family members and dear friends.

Ronald's family will receive friends Saturday, May 8. 2021, from 1 – 2 pm at Garfield Park, 2345 Pagoda Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46203. A celebration of his life will be conducted at 2 pm. Please bring a lawn chair and help his family celebrate.
