Mooresville - Philip Kurt Lehr, 62, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023. He was born October 20, 1961 in Martinsville, IN to the late Wilbur and Jean Reynolds Lehr. Philip was employed by McComb Window and Door, where he served as a carpenter for over 20 years. He retired in 2022.
Philip was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Charles Lehr; mother, Jean Reynolds Lehr; sisters, Sherry Lehr and Marilyn Hall; and life partner Lamona Curry . He is survived by his sons, Ryan Lehr and Owen Lehr; daughter, Jessica Parlett; Lamona's children, Kim Currt and Michael Curry; brothers: Kevin Lehr, Steven Lehr, William Lehr, Michael Lehr and Christopher Lehr; sisters, Kathleen Lehr and Jane Rogers; grandsons: Kris Lehr, Gabe Lehr, Haven Curry and Kai Curry; granddaughter, Skylee Wilber; and many other beloved family members and friends.
Philip’s family will receive friends Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 11 am - 1 pm at newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Chuck Rogers officiating.
