Pauline Ferguson

Pauline "Paula" Ferguson, age 76 of Indianapolis, passed away following an extended illness on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Envive Health Care in Beech Grove. She was born February 26, 1947 in Indianapolis the daughter of Vaughn and Virginia "Ginny" (Jones) Harrison. Paula graduated from Southport High School. For many years she worked as a secretary, until she retired in 2001 from Jeter and Associates. Paula married Dwight Ferguson and they have spent more than 50 years together. She was very spiritual and loved to collect crystals and incense. Paula enjoyed being outdoors gardening and spending time with nature. Paula was a caring woman who always found time to help others and was an absolute amazing listener. She loved taking care of her cats and more than anything spending time with her family.

Paula is survived by her husband Dwight Ferguson; daughter, Persia Ferguson; son, Mike (wife Julie) Ferguson; brother, Moe Harrison; 2 grandsons, Keegan and Evan; and 2 nephews, Levi and Brandon.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Buzz Harrison and Chad Harrison.

Paula's wishes were to be cremated and have a celebration of life at a later date. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions is honored to handle Paula's arrangements.
