Patricia L. Canada, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 17, 2015.
She was born on May 22, 1953, to Eldon and Nellie (Gonder) Light.
On April 26, 1986 she married John Canada and worked for Kipp Brothers Company until her retirement. She was a member of Thompson Road Baptist Church.
Patty is survived by her loving husband: John Canada; siblings: Rosita Brumley, Kenny Light, Della Arbuckle, Sheila (Robin) Light; three grandchildren: Jordan Hill, Nathan Hill and Callie Wilkerson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son: David L. Hill; brothers: Holly Light and Chuckie Van Normand.
Funeral Services will be conducted at Noon, Friday, November 20, 2015 at Thompson Road Baptist Church located at 1700 East Thompson Road. Interment will follow at Round Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
