Indianapolis, IN – Michael T. Tyree, 69, passed away at St. Francis Hospital on March 27th, 2021. Born to Lester and Peggy Tyree on September 22nd, 1951, Michael was a proud warehouseman and forklift operator for many years.
Michael also enjoyed a good game of chance at the casino, typically hitting the slot machines while his, Cathy, played some hands of poker. When at home, Michael was an avid college basketball fan, who followed Indiana University's games at any opportunity. He also enjoyed doting on his grandchildren.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother and father, Peggy and Lester Tyree. He is survived by his wife Cathy Tyree, children Mike and Tom Tyree, brother and sister Dollie and Chuck, and grandchildren Cassandra, Madison, and Emily.
