Roachdale – Michael Wayne Edwards, 73, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Indiana University West Hospital in Avon, Indiana. He was born on February 26, 1950 to the late George W. Edwards Sr. and Lois Corey Stausholm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Michael honorably served his country in the United States Army entering the service in 1967.

He is survived by his children: Angela (Dan) Mead, Michael Renee Mauldin, Allison (Joel) Bragg and John W. Edwards; brothers, George (Michelle) Edwards Jr. and Roger (Nancy) Edwards; sister, Joyce (Paul) Bohannon; as well as 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
