Indianapolis - Melissa Sue Montgomery, 42, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019. She was born July 7, 1977 in Indianapolis to Larry Montgomery and Sheree Reever Gibson. She was employed at Keystone Sports Review where she served as a waitress.
Melissa was preceded in death by her daughter, Keely Golder. She is survived by her son, Kaleb Montgomery; daughter, Alana Golder; father, Larry Montgomery and his wife, Sharon; mother, Sheree Reever Gibson; brothers: Steven Reever and his wife, Michelle, Greg Reever, Larry Montgomery and John Montgomery; sister, Cheri Montgomery; grandmothers, Norma Douthitt and Lucille Albers; and many other loving family members and friends.
Melissa's family will receive friends Friday, August 16, 2019, from 4 – 8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be conducted Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 10 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place Monday, August 19, 2019, at 10 am at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
