Lolita Ann Tramill

March 7, 1963 — May 30, 2018

Lolita Ann Tramill, daughter of Jesse Carol Lewis-Johnson (Big Mama) and Roosevelt Tramill (Pa Pa), boldly entered this world on March 7, 1963 in Clarksville, Tennessee. She fiercely made her mark and developed a legacy that will outlast her. She was educated in the Montgomery School System and professed her love for Christ at young age.

Her knowledge opened the door to multiple certifications and licensure. Lolita received her GED and wasted no time enrolling in Draughons Junior College, where she obtained a business certification. In the pursuit of developing multiple trades/skills, she enrolled in Queen City Beauty College and attained her barber's license. During the summer of 1999, she relocated to Indianapolis, IN where she acquired her Certified Nursing Assistant license. She dedicated the remainder of her career caring for others by providing medical care and friendship.

Her love for Christ and music lead her to a role on the NHBC Inspirational Choir and Praise Team. Her membership as past secretary of the Hattie E. Jackson Missionary Society, past President of the Chillicothe District Missionary and past director of the Senior choir lead to her being awarded Woman of the Year by the EUMBA Women's Auxiliary (July 8, 2017).

Lolita, "Mommy", leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy through, Dawn Carol Graves (Tennessee), LaShawna Mae Tramill (Indiana), Deidre Denise Chewning (Tennessee), Savannah Elisabet DeVon Williams (Ohio) and grandson, Logan. Father and stepmother, Roosevelt and Dorleen Tramill. Brothers: Roosevelt Wade Tramill Jr. (Indiana), William Lake (Georgia), Gregory Lake (South Carolina) and Richard Lake (Indiana). Sisters: Margaret Lake (Indiana) and Tracey Lake (Georgia). She is preceded in death by her daughter, Haritt Tramill, mother and aunt (Fannie Mae Williams), sister Kathy DeVon Woodard and brothers David and Spencer Lake. She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
