Lola Benedict, 74, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana. On September 21, 1943 in Hazard, Kentucky she was born to Greene and Della (Viars) Gibson.
She is greatly loved and will be missed dearly.
Lola is preceded in death by her parents; husband: John L. Benedict; 5 sisters: Christine, Catherine, Marge, Mae and Edna; 2 brothers: Vergil and John.
She is survived by her children: Susie J. Coffman and her husband Steve, Lori B. Benedict, Harold Stidham; grandchildren: Ryne, Payton, Samantha; brother: Larry and a host of other family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Indianapolis Chapel, 925 East Hanna Ave., Indianapolis 46227. A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday at Washington Park East Cemetery
