Indianapolis - Linda Marie (Foyles) Knowles passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016. She was 64 years old. She was born July 15, 1952 in Kinston, NC.
Mrs. Knowles was preceded in death by her father, Norwood Coombs, and step-father, Milton Blanton. She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Knowles; mother, Margaret (Stroud Coombs) Blanton; daughter, Cathy Stephens; step-sons, Donald Knowles, Michael Knowles and Douglas Knowles Crockett; sister, Gail Hood; brother, Lynn Coombs; granddaughters, Catlyn and Loryn; grandson, Jarid; step-grandson, David; and many other loving family members and dear friends.
Mrs. Knowles' family will receive friends Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 11 am – 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be conducted at 1 pm at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Steve Agal officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
