Indianapolis – Leslie Lynn Moore, 30, passed away on November 30, 2019. She was born February 10th, 1989 in Indianapolis, IN to her mother Tammy Moore. Leslie attended Southport High School.
Leslie enjoyed swimming, cookouts, and spending time with her loving family. Her bubbly personality and loving spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory, Husband, Miguel Cruz; Children: Jayden Moore, Carmen Cruz, Isaiah Cruz. Mother, Tammy Moore (Curtis Chapin), Step father Kerry W Henson; Siblings, Nichole Moore, Robert (Rachel) Paris, Heather Paris (Charles Stewart), Kerry Henson (Alexandra Pearson); Half Siblings; Justin, Bobby, Dylan, Brittany, Brian, Jordan, Nieces and Nephews: Adrian Moore, Jordan Paris, Aaliyah Moore. She is also survived and loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Leslie's family will receive friends Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 4-8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be Friday December 6, 2019 at 11 am at the funeral home.
