Kevin Palmer, 51, of Indianapolis died May 16, 2016 at his residence. Kevin was born on December 10, 1964 in Rushville to Darlene (Mann) and Eugene Palmer. He graduated in 1984 from Rushville Consolidated High School.
Survivors include his adoptive mother: Mary Motri; father: Eugene Palmer and his wife Mary of Bluffton, siblings: Angela (Palmer) Phillips of Plainfield, Greg Palmer of Bluffton, Dave Palmer and his wife Cheryl of Fishers; 2 nephews and a niece.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Darlene Palmer.
