Kellie Mccart

Kellie Jane Marlene McCart, age 59 of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 in Indianapolis. She was born April 17, 1963 in Bluffton, Indiana, the daughter of Larry E. Arnold and Barbara J. (Mayer) Shuter. Kellie attended Bluffton High School. She worked for many years in the surgery center at Community Hospital South. Kellie liked to go mushroom hunting and going on motorcycle rides. She was a great singer and loved all animals. Nothing was more important to Kellie than her family, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies.

Kellie is survived by her mother, Barbara J. Shuter; son, Brian Elston; daughter, Jade McCart; 3 siblings, Richard Arnold, Keith Arnold and Chris Arnold; 5 grandchildren, Avah McCart, Brodey McCart, Greyson McCart, Luke McCart and Cameron Elston; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Kellie is preceded in death by her father; and 3 aunts, Frances, Phyllis and Evelyn.

A memorial service celebrating Kellie's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions in honor of Kellie may be made any local animal shelter of your choosing.
