Kathleen A. Bullard

Kathleen A. "Kathy" (Smith) Bullard, 56, passed away on July 21, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Kathy was born on January 14, 1964 in Indianapolis to Claude and Hallie (Cross) Smith. She attended Arsenal Tech High School and worked for The Snow Zone prior to her retirement.

Kathy is survived by her husband, David Bullard; sons: A.J. and David Bullard; beloved granddaughter, Ava Jewel Bullard; fifteen brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Hallie Bullard, who passed in 2016.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis. Burial will follow in New Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
