Karen L. Rose, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 7, 2019 at her residence. Karen was born on September 28, 1949 to Leroy and Effie (Hornaday) Barnes in Beech Grove.

Karen is survived by her husband of 48 years: George Rose Sr.; son and daughter-in-law: George & Cindy Rose Jr.; grandson: Clayton E. Rose; siblings: Tricia Dudgeon, Diane Phelps, James Barnes, Leroy Barnes Jr. and a host of other family and friends.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Linda Kermode

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 6 P.M. with visitation from 5 until the service at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227.
