Julie Lynn Nottingham

June 8, 1971 — July 4, 2024

Indianapolis – Julie Lynn Nottingham, 53, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024. Julie was born June 8, 1971, in San Pablo, CA to Donald and Marilyn (Porter) Nottingham.

She was employed by Community Hospital East in Indianapolis where she worked in food service. Julie was an active member of Lakeview Church. She was also a member of Bible Study Fellowship. Julie’s pride and joy and very best friend was her dachshund, Amelia. She was truly the center of her life. Julie also enjoyed looking at pictures of food and crafts on Pinterest. She loved to bake and at Christmastime she would make homemade treats for family pets. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Julie was preceded in death by her stepfather, Phillip Chan. She is survived by her loving mother, Marilyn Chan of Pinole, CA; father, Donald (Lorna) Nottingham of Billings, MT; sisters, Angie Nottingham of Kennewick, WA and Jamie Nottingham of Billings, MT; aunts: Jeanne (Kevin) Morales of Brooklyn Park, MN, Frances (Gary) Walters of Indianapolis, IN, and Judy Gabriel of Carmichael, CA; numerous cousins and nieces; and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers, Julie's family requests that memorial contributions be made, in her honor, to the American Cancer Society.
