Joyce Ann Mcdaniel

Greenfield - Joyce Ann McDaniel, 72, went home to be with the Lord Friday, August 16, 2019. She was born November 22, 1946 in Anderson, IN to the late David and Betty Holsinger. She was employed in the health care industry where she served in administration.

Joyce was a longtime member of Victorious Life Church of the Nazarene where she served as a mission president, worship team member and Sunday school teacher. Her passion in life was for mission work whether serving among the peoples of Africa or Native Americans on reservations throughout North America. She also enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, David and Betty Holsinger and her brother, David Holsinger. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jeffrey McDaniel; sons, Todd Moody and his wife, Shelly and Matthew Moody and his wife, Anessa; grandchildren: Matthew Jr., Megan, Amber, Hannah and Noah Moody and Alice McDaniel Stiers; great-grandchildren: Sienna Lamson and Niome, Trinity and Seleste Stiers; dear friends who were sisters in her heart, Pam McGee and Teresa Lee; and many other beloved family members and friends. Additionally, she is survived by her dogs, Oscar and Felix and her cats, Bella, Tuffy and Sissy.

Joyce's family will receive friends Friday, August 23, 2019, from 4 – 8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be conducted Saturday, August 24, 2019, at 2 pm at Victorious Life Church of the Nazarene, 9917 East 46th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46235 with Pastor Kirby Popplewell officiating.
