Indianapolis - John Thomas York, 31, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019. He was born January 9, 1988 in Franklin, IN to Debbie York and the late Lowell York. He was a hard worker that loved camping and fishing. On Sundays he enjoyed cheering for his favorite football team, the New Orleans Saints.
If you knew John, you knew that his family and friends were the most important parts of his life. He would go out of his way to do anything for anyone if he was able. Nothing made him happier than spoiling his daughter, Caydence and his niece, Isabella.
John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Granny and Grandpa Brown and his father, Lowell York. He is survived by his daughter, Caydence York; mother, Debbie York; brother, Charles York; fiancé, Stephanie Hornsby; a nephew; 2 nieces; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
John's family will receive friends Thursday, November 7, 2019, from 4 – 8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
