John Phillip Stout

John Phillip Stout, age 77 of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness. He was born on May 4, 1946 in Indianapolis, the son of John Perry and Wanda (Foley) Stout. John was a 1964 graduate of Warren Central High School. Professionally, John was a truck driver for over 40 years, and retired from RIS Papers. He married Anna Elizabeth Perez on February 21, 2017. John was currently attending Our Lady of Lourdes Church with Anna. He enjoyed playing pool, playing the lottery and spending time with his special cat, Fluffy. More than anything, John will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather.

John is survived by his wife, Anna Elizabeth Stout; 2 sons, John Paul (wife Kim) Stout and Jerry Stout; 2 daughters, Pamela (husband Mike) Flora and Amanda (husband Miguel) Fuentes; brother, Timothy Stout; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

John is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patricia Stout.

A memorial service celebrating John’s life will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 925 E. Hanna Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Friday, September 29, 2023.
