John D. Ash, Sr., 62, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 1, 2019. Johnny was born in Beech Grove on September 24, 1956.
Johnny loved his family, babysitting his grandkids, talking with his sisters or playing cards with his friends. You could find him listening to country music, fishing and enjoying a cold beverage.
Johnny is survived by his children: John D. Ash, Jr., William & Nicole Ash; Megan Kilborne; siblings: Shirley A. Phillips; Karen & Marvin Persinger; Kenny Stinson; grandchildren: Cierra, Coryndie, Corissa, Mikey, Mason, Makala, Cayden, Caleigh and a host of other family and friends.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas & Wanda (Bolin) Ash; daughter: Jennifer Ash-Ellis.
