Indianapolis - Jerry W. Montgomery, 57, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at his residence. He was born June 19, 1960 in Indianapolis, IN to John and Anna (Faye) Montgomery.
Jerry was preceded in death by his dad, John W. Montgomery and his grandparents. Jerry is survived by his mother and step-father, Anna and Robert Gray; son, Evan Knott; sister, Samantha (Tony) Wheeler; brothers, Johnnie (Peggy), Michael (Shirley) and Justin (Tausha) Montgomery; step-sisters: Andria, Kelly and Melissa; step-brother, Randy; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other family members and friends.
Jerry's family will receive friends Friday, July 21, 2017, from 11 am - 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A funeral service celebrating Jerry's life will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Tony Burton officiating. Interment will follow at Acton Cemetery.
