He delighted in connecting with friends and family through social media, often sharing moments from his life that showcased his lighthearted and fun-loving nature. His enjoyment of being outdoors was well-known, often taking leisurely spins in his wheelchair, soaking in the sights and sounds around him. No matter the time or place, Jeremy always had a can of Dr. Pepper close at hand.

Jeremy's love for his family was foundational to who he was. He is survived by his beloved son, Jordan Trammell and his grandfather, Richard Martin. He cherished the bonds he shared with his aunts, Sheila Hall and Sherry Hurst, whose presence and support enriched his life. Though he faced the loss of his parents, Michael Trammell and Cheryl Martin, Jeremy's spirit remained unbroken, honoring their memory through his own kindness and compassion.
