J.C. Martin

J.C. Martin, 83, of Indianapolis died on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was born on May 4, 1935 to Yeuel and Sarah Martin in Morgantown, Kentucky.

J.C. loved cars and was a mechanic his entire working career.

J.C. is survived by his significant other: Gaynell Brand; children and their spouses: Ronald Martin, Patricia & Nadeem Nadeem, Victoria Reel, James & Fannie Martin, Deborah Dufek, Terry Martin, Jeffery & Lucinda Martin, Michael & Beth Martin, Martha Martin, Richard & Laura Martin, Scott Martin; sister and brother-in-law: Jenny Lynn & Steve Jonquet; 31 grandchildren: 21 great-grandchildren: and a host of other family and friends.

J.C. was preceded in death by a son: Larry Martin, 2 grandchildren: Amber D. Martin, Joce Martin; siblings: Willie Martin, Glendle Martin, Roy Martin, Yeuel Martin, Margie Evans and Virginia B. Martin.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 10 AM until his funeral service at 12 P.M. at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227. Interment will follow at West Newton Cemetery at 2 P.M.
