Franklin – Janelle Renee Albertson, 29, passed away at 8:07 a.m. on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born to Paul Leonard and Angela Lynn (Miller) Albertson on December 21, 1991 at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, Indiana.
Janelle graduated from Perry Meridian High School, class of 2010. She attended Ivy Tech Community College. Professionally, Janelle was a nail technician in Greenwood for 8 years. She was united in marriage on May 9, 2018 to David Lloyd on Anna Maria Island in Florida. She was a loving mother to her beautiful daughter Rayleigh Lloyd who was born on April 3, 2013. The mother-daughter team was extremely close and she devoted her life to Rayleigh's upbringing and care. Janelle considered Rayleigh the most important thing in her life. Her favorite days were spent with her daughter whether they were just running errands or having fun at the apple orchard. Janelle enjoyed listening to music, reading and crafting home décor. Janelle was a movie buff and she was knowledgeable about many films. She loved animals and like most women online shopping. Janelle liked following her grandma's tradition and baked Christmas cookies every year.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Lloyd; her daughter, Rayleigh Lloyd; her brother, Jacob Albertson; her parents, Paul Leonard and Angela Lynn (Miller) Albertson; her maternal grandparents, Willard and Julie Miller; her in-laws, Rick and Machele Mustard; her brother-in-law, Ricky Mustard; and her sister-in-law, Kandra Mustard. Janelle was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jerry and Ruth Stavroules and Joseph Albertson.
Janelle's friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. For the health and safety of all guest attending, face masks are required.
