INDIANAPOLIS – James E. Cochran, 85, of Indianapolis passed away on April 16, 2020 at Community Hospital East. James was born on August 4, 1934 in Indianapolis to George and Mabel (Sander) Cochran. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War, he served faithfully and was honorably discharged in 1958. James was a long-time auto mechanic in the city of Indianapolis.
James is survived by his daughter, Lori Swindle. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Martha Lou Cline.
There are no services for James planned at this time, his wishes were to have his cremated remains buried at Crown Hill Cemetery.
