Inyais "Ny-Ny" Kaminah Bass, age 27 of Indianapolis, IN received her wings on February 12, 2023 at Riley Hospital just 3 days after giving birth to Issence N. Anderson, who was stillborn on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Inyais, the daughter of Dexter Bass and Paula (Posey) Dickman was born July ,1 1995 in Evansville,IN . She accepted Christ at a young age at Little Canaan Baptist Church in Henderson, Kentucky. Inyais ambitiously graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 2012, two years early. She worked many years in customer service. Inyais had a true heart of gold and would always put others before herself. She was a great baker, liked to travel and was always planning ahead. Inyais was an absolutely amazing mother to her son Isaac and did everything she could for him. She met and fell in love with Joshua Anderson in 2020, and they were looking forward to growing their family with the presence of Issence. Inyais was always close with her sisters and all of her family. She was truly an Angel sent from Heaven to shine a light on everyone's life she touched. More than anything, Inyais will be remembered as a loving, fearless mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Inyais is survived by her mother and step-father, Paula and Robert Dickman of Mccordsville, IN ; father and step-mother, Dexter and LaShawnda Bass of New Castle, IN ; fiancé, Joshua Anderson; son, Isaac Hartman; bonus daughter, Jamia Anderson; siblings, Amber (Ola) Lawal of Henderson,KY ; Delicia Bass and Dominic Bass of Evansville,IN ; Imyne Frye of Anderson , IN and Kaveontea Bass of Evansville,IN a host of nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Inyais is preceded in death by her grandparents, Trudy and Leroy Posey, Lena Ligon; and her daughter, Issence N. Anderson.
