Hilda I. Schaefer, 92, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 22, 2017 at Meadow Lakes Nursing Home in Mooresville.
Hilda was born in Wiesbaden, Germany to Adolf and Roselia (Seus) Scheafer on June 16, 1924. Hilda was a Cater for the airline industry for 32 years until her retirement.
Hilda is survived by nephews and their wives: Erich and Meta Haupt of Indianapolis; Dieter and Mary Ann Scheafer of Wiesbaden, Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law: Rosa and Fritz Haupt; brother and sister-in-law: Adolf and Paula Schaefer.
