South Pasadena, FL - Elizabeth S. Davee, 80, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Elizabeth was born November 24, 1942 in Indianapolis to the late Bessie Cropper-Curtis.
Elizabeth is survived by her beloved husband, Ronald H. Davee; daughter, Roberta (Jeff) Woodall; sons, Karl Fitchey and Brian (Joni) Davee; grandchildren: Randee (Mike) Purichia, Jeffrey (Shelby) Woodall and Michael (Jamie) Woodall; great grandchildren: Layla, Anthony, Jackson, Gracelynn, Dahlia, Lily and Rawlings; great-great granddaughter, Charlotte; sister, Peggy Curtis–Smith; brother, Earl (Butch) Curtis, and many other loving family members and dear friends.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Cropper-Curtis and her sisters: Sydney, Donna, Ruby and Trudi.
Elizabeth’s family will receive friends Tuesday, October 15, 2023, from 4-6 pm at Veterans Funeral Care, 830 North Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765. Elizabeth’s family will also receive friends Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 11 am – 1 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be conducted at 1 pm at the funeral home chapel. Immediately following the service, Elizabeth’s family requests that you join them for a reception at the Hall at the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No 86, 1525 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
Elizabeth will be laid to rest Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 1 pm at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953.
