Earl Adams

Indianapolis - Earl Adams, 75, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, June 5, 2016.

Mr. Adams was born July 1, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN. He served his community as a painter in the construction industry. Mr. Adams loved fishing, bird watching, cooking and just spending time outdoors, enjoying the sunshine. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his father, Charles Adams; mother, Sue Jeanette (Lewis) Adams; and brothers, Charles Adams II and Mack Adams. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Norma (Morgan) Adams; sister, Joyce (Adams) Chenault; brother, Danny Adams; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and devoted friends.

Mr. Adams' family will receive friends Saturday, June 11, 2016, from 10 am – 12 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home at 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will be conducted at 12 pm at the funeral home, with his niece, Angela Jones, officiating. Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
