Diana Lynn Johnson

INDIANAPOLIS- Diana Lynn ( Hornsby) Johnson, 62 went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. She was born on August 6, 1962 to the late Kenneth White and Minnie Alice ( Hicks) Hornsby in Indianapolis, Indiana. Diana attended Arsenal Technical High School. Diana is survived by her three children that she loved deeply. Bradley ( Melanie ) Taylor, Nicole ( Kevin) Steele, Ricky ( Kristi ) Bray, as well as her beautiful grandchildren that she loved deeply: Ceirra Taylor, Wesley Steele, Gage Steele, Landen Steele, Emma Bray, Kendall Bray, Trinity Marsh, Jaylen Marsh, Kaleigh Admire, Khloe Callahan. 

Diana is not only mourned by her loving children but her siblings as well, her oldest sister Donna ( Clarence ) Cast, her brother David ( Shelly) Hornsby. Many nieces and nephews as well. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her baby brother “Danny” Hornsby and her twin sister Deborah “Debbie” Kay Baker.

Diana is remembered not only for her one of a kind laugh but her beautiful heart as well. In the last days of Diana's life she was surrounded by unconditional love and her children. Diana’s children and family take refuge in knowing “We are, confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV
