David Harold Inabnitt, Jr., age 42, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born on January 4, 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana to David H. and Donna L. (Smith) Inabnitt, Sr.
David attended Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis, graduating in 2000. He then went on to start his professional career in 2004 as a Pasteurizer for Kroger Crossroads Farm Dairy.
David was fun and boisterous. He was hot headed, hard headed and very competitive. More importantly, David was funny, he was strong, light hearted and the life of the party. He was a comedian, forever young, knew no stranger and had so much love to give, but he loved his mom more than anyone else in the world.
There were not many things in life that David did not enjoy. He liked fishing, gambling, going to the Drive-In and watching football and basketball. He was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and well cultivated cannabis. David was happiest when he was with his friends and family, rather it be going out to eat, cooking on the grill, family dinners, play fighting or just driving around, as long as he was surrounded by those he loved.
David is survived by his son, Kindreck Inabnitt; siblings, Brian (Tiffany), Shannon and Cheyenne Inabnitt; aunts and uncles, Ronnie Inabnitt, Kathy Griffin, Brenda Bryant, James, Sammy and Michael Smith; nieces and nephew, Daisy, Elly and Brian Inabnitt. He was preceded in death with his mother, Donna Inabnitt.
