Coleene "Kay" Wurz age 76, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away August 7, 2016.
Kay was born August 31, 1939 in Logansport, Indiana, the daughter of Lawrence and Dorothy Nipple both of whom precede her in death. Kay earned her Associates degree from Indiana Business College after graduating from Camden High School. She was united in marriage on December 20, 1964 to Jim Wurz in Rockfield, Indiana. Kay was an avid dog lover and a member of the Chow Chow Club of America since 1970, Indianapolis Obedience Club, the American Kennel Club and Co-founder of the Chow Club of Indiana.
Survivors include husband: James W. Wurz; children: James Brian & Kelly Wurz, Mark Andrew & Tanya Wurz, Katherine Marie & Jody Wurz-Smoot; grandchildren: Lauren Danielle Wurz, Brynden Drew Wurz, Dyson Alexander Wurz, Thane Cole, Weston Cole, Ashley Nichole House, Alaina Coleene House; several nieces, nephews and friends.
