Chrisann Dixson

Greenfield – Chrisann Tiller Dixson, 52, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis, IN with her loving family by her side. She was born March 7, 1969 in Indianapolis to the late George and Margaret Goins Tiller. Chrisann graduated from Arlington High School in 1987. She was united in marriage to Timothy Dixson on November 15, 2014 in Indianapolis, IN in the sunroom at her daughter Brianna's home.

Her family described Chrisann as a simple woman who loved with her whole heart. She always offered the best advice and would do anything for her friends and family. She always put the needs of others before her own.

Chrisann was an avid crafter and enjoyed using her Cricut cutting machine to make decorative frames and gifts. She was always eager to go to Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Shelbyville when the opportunity presented itself. She was enthusiastic about cleaning and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She enjoyed the simple things in life. Chrisann also enjoyed the holidays, Hallmark TV and the beach. Most of all she loved being a mom, grandma and wife.

Chrisann was preceded in death by her parents, George and Margaret Goins Tiller; siblings: Allen Tiller, Judy Donahue, George Tiller Jr. and Eddie Tiller; and nephew, Brian Donahue II. She leaves behind her loving husband of 7 years, Timothy "Tim" Dixson; children: Kristen Jimenez, Brianna Ogles and Mark Evans; siblings: Kathy Hoopingarner, Billy Tiller, Larry Tiller, Sandra Tiller and Marie Freeman; and grandchildren: Isaiah Jimenez, Landen Jimenez, Noah Ogles, Isabella Jimenez, Aubree Ogles, Mauricio Jimenez, Brently Evans, Evelynn Ogles, Luke Evans, Camila Jimenez, Tucker Evans and Avrie Robinson.

Chrisann's family will receive friends Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. A celebration of her life will follow at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
