Indianapolis - Charles "Chuck" Tooley, 67, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016.
Mr. Tooley was born October 23, 1949 in Beech Grove, IN. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy. He served his community as a handy man doing home restorations and repairs.
Mr. Tooley is survived his wife, Heidi Tooley; son, Chris Tooley; sisters, Kathy White and her husband, Joe, Becky Summitt and her husband, Richard, and Jane Brown and her husband, Bill; and many other loving family members and devoted friends.
