Charles David Toby, 46, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 26, 2015. On June 10, 1969 in Newport, Tennessee Chuck was born to Bill and Patricia Valentine Toby.
On June 2, 1995 he married Tina Pierce. He worked for North American Construction until his retirement.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife: Tina Toby; children: Cassie Toby, Bryce Toby, Andrew Pierce and his wife Amy; grandchildren: Ezra, Jonas, Breton; mother: Patricia Stock; siblings: Bill Toby Jr., Barbara Toby, Betty Newcomb.
He was preceded in death by his father: Bill Toby.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 with Pastor Tony Smith officiating at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. Chuck will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Calling will be on Monday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the family.
