Carolyn Sue Johns

Indianapolis, IN – Carolyn Sue (Bullock) Johns, 78, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on April 3, 1943 to the late Robert and Alvirgie (Simpson) Bullock in Indianapolis, IN.

Carolyn graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1962. In her leisure, Carolyn watched old westerns on television and read the bible. She loved attending mother's club and Neighbourhood Fellowship Church. Carolyn enjoyed singing and spending time with family.

She is survived by her daughters, Virgie Marie Harrison and Mary Snider; son, Charles Johns; sister, Marilyn Bell; granddaughter, Crystal Harrison; and great grandchildren: Leroy Craven, Joseph Craven, Ethan Snider, Lorena Harrison and Caelyn Suddeth. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by Diamond and Thomas Snider and Jason Harrison.

Carolyn's friends and family may visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Strietelmeier officiating. Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46203.
