Carol L. Mills, 34, of Indianapolis died August 28th 2015.
Carol was such a loving soul; she would help anyone and everyone, even complete strangers in her community. Others saw her as such an inspiration. Anything to help make someone else smile. She had a huge heart for animals and loved God intensely.
Survivors include her Mother and Step Father: Abigail and Richard Bronson. Sister and brother-in-law: Danielle and Timothy Rios. Father: John Witten Jr. Son: Timothy Mills and the ones she lived with and for her nieces/nephew: Alyse, Harley, Breanna and Vander.
